Here’s why I don’t like…..

….pre-emptive offers. Somebody’s going to get very upset (I was going to say pissed off)! if my Seller accepted one of those offers.

I’ve had 4 agents ask me if the Seller would look at pre-emptive offers. Of course, I needed to ask my seller. And I also told her that we’ve published an offer date, and those who are respectful of that date would be very upset if we had an offer accepted before that date/time.

The goal is to have a happy seller(s) and happy buyer(s), who play by the rules, as stated in the MLS.

The weather folks say that it will get hot (our version of heat) in Alameda. So get out there and enjoy it!
