Going, going, gone!

A lovely late afternoon,  sitting in my backyard,

enjoying the climbing yellow roses!


My client entertained offers last Friday, at 582 Kings Road. She received 10 of them.

I’m still getting calls from buyers (even today) about how s(he) wanted that property. Oh well…..this person had an agent and the agent showed her the property, and she called me to find out all of the details. Really? No way!

In this market, if you want/need to buy a property…you must/need to make the highest offer, with the fewest or no contingencies. There is a lot of competition out there.  And yes, it went for over 1M  on a 799K list price. It will change ownership in about 23 days, from now.
