Inventory…..but sooner or later, it will change. Natural disasters (fires, earthquakes) and man-made events like foreclosures & REO’s (real-estate-owned by the lender…i.e. taken back due to lack of payments).
The lack of inventory and the low-interest rates have really driven the prices up. Agents from all over and well beyond the bay area, are showing properties in Alameda!
My new listing @ Crown Harbor has received numerous showings. We will entertain offers on Friday, March 26th.
Folks are beginning to ask me about the Shredding Party! Yes! It will happen on May 1, 9am to 1pm, Saturday. Once again (this is year #15) any and all donations will go to Alameda (city) Meals On Wheels! And I’ll match all donations that are generated!
