Alameda Inventory is low, low, low….

…prices are up, up, up. Interest rates are low, low, low. And that helps the Buyers purchase what they want..if they can find a piece of real estate that meets their needs, for now and for the future. Plus, Buyers will probably need to up the price point and be willing to pay the extra $$$ for a suitable house/condo/townhome…because, as you may know, there are bidding wars.
