Neighbors watching…and gettin’ together!

National Night Out!                                  My neighbors with (big) dogs, police                           officers and McGruff!

Hereeeeee’s  McGruff!

Nice day, great evening, good cake (from Costco). I picked it up myself!

This past Tues I hosted a Broker’s Open @ 2250 Pacifc Ave…so except for another new listing, that’s all I saw. However, 2250 Pacific will be open this Sunday 2-4. See the photos to the right, before you come on by Sunday!

Millennial Markets OCT Lo Res

I read an article somewhere, sometime, online, this week, and it told about the most 10 most affordable places to live in the US, close to jobs. I sound like a brat, but after living in this state of CA for all of my life (despite it’s huge issues), it would be very difficult for me to move to another state with extreme weather and extreme temperatures. I could do it. But uh, not yet or not now.

That’s a wrap! 2250 Pacific is on the corner of Lea, and Lea is a private street…and provides parking for those who live there, like the corner of 2250 Pacific!

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
