Time for the city to prune…

Follow me on my ‘For Fun!’ blog!

The first time I saw this I thought I had lost my mind. Now, several years later, it’s been confirmed. I have lost my mind. This is how the city prunes trees and avoids power lines. The trees were the first ones here! Oh, well.  (Note, not too many of us have underground power lines who also own old. old homes.)

Alameda Real Estate Awars this Week

Winner of the Week this was owned by a long-time Realtor, who passed on. I took photos of his stained glass windows (I’ll use them another time).

Got me some land! This street on the east end is kind of hidden. But a lot of the lots are huge by Alameda’s standards. This is one of them. Big house, big lot.

Get me to rehab this needs some sweat to make the equity rise.

Should be a fab weekend! If you had the opportunity to watch the last 2 Warriors games, this Saturday’s game should f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c!

Enjoy the sun and the heat!

best, marilyn

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
