THE SECOND STORY | March 30th, 2017

Don’t spit on the sidewalk…

If you come to my open house on Sunday, you may find this somewhere in the bricks!                       2016-18 Clinton Ave!

Follow me on my ‘for fun’ blog…Boomer-chick-musings !

I love the older places in town…they have so much character! Older businesses, old houses, even the old Navy Base. I think this what makes Alameda so special…we appreciate the history and have the organizations to prove it!

I was busy working on the new listing this week so didn’t get to see the new inventory…but it’s been increasing. And there are 2 price reductions and 1 price increase! For the first time in awhile, there is an AC this week (active listing, contingent on selling another property).

Let’s get serious…

Alameda Real Estate this Week

Broker Tour Tues 4

New 14

BOM back on market 1

AC active contingent 1

PCH price change 3

Pending 10

Sold 9

Total active listings this week 50

Total pending listings this week 56

Alameda Real Estate Awards (none this week…I didn’t get out on the Broker Tour!) But I’m going to give an award to my new listing 2016-18 Clinton…a duplex with the back unit facing the lagoon. It was a single family home and then the back unit was added in 1983, per the permit history. So the award for this week is for Cute, Charming

THIS SATURDAY –  April 1st, 9-12

is my Annual Shredding Party

all for free!

Many of you should have received a 2nd invitation last  week as a reminder!

Want to come? Give me a call, text, email…

Bring friends!

And I’ll tell you the details!

Best, marilyn

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
