THE SECOND STORY | February 23rd, 2017

Raining, pouring, and touring.

Saw this very original window on the tour a couple of weeks ago. Added it my photo collection of A-town’s stained glass windows.

Centennial Values

IMHO I think that most Caifornian’s think the same way as the Centennials.

Broker Tour Tues 7 on the tour, I saw 8 (one that was listed and not on the tour). I started out on my bike, turned back because I felt the wind in my hair. Gosh, I’d completely forgotten my helmet…but it felt so good w/o it! Then I started out again and got to Sherman…and my appliance (dryer) guy called me saying he was almost at my house…so back home again. It was a quick and quiet fix…but this time I left my helmet behind and took my car on the tour.  It was one rainy, blustery day, as Pooh Bear would say!

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
