Autumn, bikes, sun = Alameda

Bikes, Shore, Autumn in Alameda.  I never know what I come up with during a week….

Is the market cooling off? Not according to the visual below. And I’m not so sure about that, as far as multiple units go. I had inquiries from 3 S Ca buyers for the 6 units I have had on the market for the last 10 days (offers will be entertained tomorrow), not to mention the 30 disclosure packages I sent out to agents. It will be interesting so see how the market reacts to this listing. Money is still cheap and Alameda multi-family units are in demand, not only for investment purposes but for families! I’ve seen some extended families go through this property…and mutii-generations seem to be coming together. Plus, the units all have 1 single car parking space for a total of …6!

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
