Independence Day in Alameda!

Nothin’ says American than a good ol’ 4th of July parade! Especially if you don’t have to walk in it! Here’s a version of Uncle Sam cruising in his recliner, along Grand Street, while he’s waving to the crowd!

This is a bit late because I hustled down to Costco, thinking I would beat the masses! What a zoo! So I’ll be brief! Besides…we’re about to take a holiday!

Alameda Real Estate this week….

Broker Tour Tues 13 total…
…the one on Pearl was a repeat…price came down and I hadn’t seen it when it was on the tour. I had my own broker tour at that time! So went and checked it out.

Saw all of them via bike, except a condo!

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
