Fog’s a comin’ in Alameda!

I was on my bike for the tour on Tuesday and a low fog was approaching the Bay Farm Bridge. Rode over the bridge…and the fog was across to 94501! Lovely day on the bike for just 3 properties (2 on BFI) and 1 up near Marina Village.
I never know what I might write about….but I still write.

You know it.  I know it. And now much of the rest of the world knows it (well, those who look at the Movoto website). Alameda ranked #9 in the 10 Caring Communities of the US. See how the study was conducted, and why we ranked where we did!

Short, sweet, to the point! I welcome your calls, questions, emails, and I may have some answers or not!

March 7, 9-12!
This is for my clients, their friends, neighbors, and my friends

I’ll have more details as we get closer!

Have a great weekend!  best, marilyn

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
