In fact, just now my former clients, whose house we closed about a month ago, just emailed me and said they needed proof of where they got the downpayment for the house they have in escrow now. They just don’t need the HUD 1 Statement…the lender wanted the complete contract and counter offer signed by all parties for that property! Thank goodness I keep that on my computer in Dropbox! She’s got it now!
