Go Niners! Alameda cheers you on!

This is one of our local churches with members who have a sense of what’s kind of important this Sunday, after the services.  This is just a small part of the larger sign at Central Baptist Church, whose signs have graced (literally) Central Ave., between Walnut and Willow!  This may be the Church phone number, unless God answers.  Let’s hope the game doesn’t turn into a last minute Hail Mary pass!

Boomer Chick Musingsmy take on what’s happening out there in the real world.

ALAMEDA REAL ESTATE AWARDS THIS WEEK...remember this is only my perspective!
Got me a facelift  the picture suck, and the place is okay…nothing great.
Get me to Rehab fast  this place is wonderful but has been wrecked by the last owners. It is a REO and has many code compliance violations and it was pending since last July.  It came back on the market for the same price, just this week.  I don’t usually do ‘Back on the Market’ but I did this week.

OCT first time buyers

So that’s a wrap for this week!  Call or email if you have questions!  I’ll do what I can to answer them!  Carry on!  Make it work!

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
