Alameda’s final Crab Cove Concert (for the season)!

Here we are on the BAY TRAIL (and don’t you be collecting stuff from the beach)!  This is the bike trail at Crab Cove and to the immediate left was the final concert last Friday.  What a great evening!  Congrats to the Rotary Club for putting it on this year, and they’ve made a commitment to do it next year too!

Boomer Chick Musings – one chick’s check on issues of the day.

I put a mid-century house (1960) house on the market this week.  3271 Fillmore  It’s single level, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and check out the link!  I’ll be there this Sunday from 2-4pm.   Come check it out…or come see me!

Winner  really, I did see a lot of properties…and my listing took it!

Get me to rehab!

My friend (client also), asked me about a referral and I don’t have one for it….so if you do…let me know.  She needs someone who can fix a treadmill at her house!  Something to find out….

That’s a wrap!  Carry on!  Make it work!  Have a good weekend!  best, marilyn

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
