ALAMEDA REAL ESTATE THIS WEEK…. I heard that 1308 Park Ave went way above the list price with somewhere between 18-22 offers! But tonight we received 7 offers on 3210 Encinal. Both started out at the same list price at 539K. We expect to accept one of them on Friday.
1708 Third will close tomorrow! This Seller went through one agent for about a year and then gave me a call and even then it took about 6 months. This is a Woodstock Homes Corporation propertyand they require 100% owner occupied residences w/ 20% down, and no rentals. They have to have the pest certified and the required work done on the property inspection BEFORE they go on the market. 218 Cypress went pending on Wednesday.
