46 Captains Drive got an accepted offer last Friday.

I put 218 Cypress on the market this past Tuesday.  I’ll be there this Sunday between 2-4pm.  It’s a stock co-op, a bit of a tough sell since buyers (leaseholders for 99 years) need to put 20% down and can’t rent the property.  But it is a great small, single level home, with one shared wall.  If you have questions look at the website or give me a call.

I arrived in Alameda in 1973, as a new bride...with husband Carl Schumacher, both of us from Newport Beach. He was embarking on his career as a Naval Architect (i.e. yacht designer) under Gary Mull. Please see the 'ABOUT ME' page in this website! to see how it has all turned out! I'm so blessed!
