ALAMEDA REAL ESTATE THIS WEEK…
My client closed on her house on  305 Court!  We are both relieved!  It took so long! 

And another client has brought his price down again, at 1708-3rd, to $215,000 from $229,000.  This is a co-op unit and it takes 20% down, you must use a specific bank for this loan, and you can’t use it for rental!  These are great units….complete with pest inspection and the work done on the property inspection!
